HKF Ninjas learn REAL ninja skills from experienced Martial Artists, including: agility, stealth and hand-eye coordination as well as sword training, archery and nunchaku wielding.

There is a major emphasis on teamwork and social skills. HKF ninja programs are packed full of clever, mindful and fun art projects such as origami & sensory crafts.

Ninja Night provides an opportunity for parents to have the night off and allows kids to get out of the house, enjoying a night of unique and fun ninja games with friends.

Ninjas get to let loose with free play, pizza, crafts, obstacle courses PLUS lessons in wielding swords, nunchucks and staffs!

NINJA NIGHTS ARE 5PM-8PM, AGES 6-12, $25 FOR THE NIGHT (with a $5 off sibling discount)

Zen Kids

To gain access to the hidden wisdom & calm mind of the true ninja, our students practice meditation & breath work to obtain inner peace.

Master Beau leads kids through guided meditations to learn the art of forgiveness, inner strength, connectivity and courage. He also teaches breathwork and Tai Chi to help kids manage thoughts and feelings in their every day lives.
